PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All the puppies sold by us are of the highest genetic quality selected carefully to your satisfaction. All the dogs offered by us come from the high-quality bloodlines.

WE guarantees that the dog/pup is free of genetic and congenital problems and that the pup/trained dog confirms with our written description of such dog. (Video of each trained dog's performance OR puppies is kept for our records). Any other warranties expressed or implied are null and void.

This guarantee applies to the original puppy / dog and is not transferable The puppy / dog must be in good condition. You own the puppy/dog as soon as money is received. No replacement will be given if the dog (male or female) has been bred, neutered, spayed or sold. The guarantee is void if registration application form has expired. Owner is responsible for transportation cost to and from seller. Guarantee is void if the dog has not been properly immunized by "PROGUARD" manufactured by Intervet. The dog will be replaced by dog chosen by us with a dog of equal quality and value. As soon one is available. In the event buyer either defaults in the payment of the entire purchase price or elects to cancel this agreement, all money paid pursuant hereto may be retained by seller as liquidated damages and no further action shall be maintained by either party. Warranty is replacement or credit only, no money back.

all vet costs incurred by buyer are their own responsibility.

IMPORTANT: The replacement of the pup due to bad hips/elbows is only valid if the pup is x-rayed and evaluated at the age of 1 year.

replacement only for crippling hip dysplasia of equal value pup. all ship costs responsibility of buyer. no replacements on replacements.

All sales are final. all dogs and puppies leave the kennel after a full vet exam and state health certificate is issued showing the animal to be in good health at the time of departure.

ALL animals are up to date on shots, worming's,heart worm medication and topical frontline against any fleas or ticks. they are totally parasite free.

Buyer has 24 hours to have a vet exam performed.

kennel is not liable for illness resulting from exposure to virus, bacteria or injury ,accident,mistreatment physical or mental,damages due to flight.,inproper feeding and health care, being abused, tied out,and not having anual vet exams and required care. not applying flea control and not giving parasite control .

all credit requests must be documented by a licensed vet and confirmed to be true by kennel vet, at buyers expense

DEPOSITS

deposits are non refundable.

please make sure you are ready for a puppy, your deposit holds your pup so it cannot be sold.your deposit is your agreement to FINISH purchase of your dog.

we offer limited and full AKC pricing, we give full to breeders and show people. ONLY ON CO OWN WITH CONTRACT.

we do not encourage aimless

breeding of our dogs and dilution of our bloodlines. so limited is the way a puppy goes out to non show /KNOWN BREEDERS/ people.

also limited is more affordable for the family, where show/breeder has requirements, breeder agreements, etc.

flooding our shelters, is not an option. if you want to make an income, get a job. breeding does not make you a quick buck. it costs you many.
